We accept product returns up to two weeks after purchase and that have not been used. Please let us know by email what is wrong with your product or why you would like to return it. This will allow us to serve our customers better.
We accept product returns due to material or manufacturing defects. A refund or an online store credit will be offered after inspection of returned product to verify eligibility.

For consideration of warranty please email us at email@example.com and let us know what is wrong with the product for us to speed up the process. For better communication, please send us a picture of the damaged area if possible.
For the product to be considered under warranty it must be submitted by the original owner:
- 5 years on seams
- 2 years on zippers
- 1 years on elastic parts
We believe in repairs.
While wear and tear is inevitable, it is normal for fabric products to wear out. If the warranty does not apply to your product yet you would like to repair it, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org. Send us a photo of your problem and we will see if we may offer repair options and will provide you with the time and cost of the repair.
